Lori Zippay, Executive Director of Electronic Arts Intermix (a leading nonprofit resource for video art and interactive media founded in 1971), will reflect on some of the rich and varied modes that have informed video art’s forty-year history: conceptual art, performance, activism, media critique, and technical experimentation, among others.
