One Friday a month, the Museum is open until midnight with music, tours, and performances in the galleries.

Studio Creations

Saturdays and Sundays, 1:00–3:30 p.m., Art Studio

Sketching in the Galleries for Kids

Every third Saturday with some exceptions 1:00­–3:00 p.m.
Families are invited to sketch from original works of art. All supplies are provided.

Collection Connections

Sundays, 1:30­–3:30 p.m.
Take an in-depth look at a different work of art each month. A trained volunteer will be in the galleries with engaging interactive materials for all ages to discover.

Classes and Workshops

Homeschool Class for Families
Thursday, March 25, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Members free/Nonmembers $10 (per pair)
Class size is limited to forty people. To register call 214-922-1822.
In this class designed for children ages 6-12, parents and children will learn about works of art together in the galleries, participate in hands-on activities as a family, and create a work of art together in the studio.
Tech Lab Workshops

Workshops include time in the Museum galleries and time working creatively with technology in the lab. Class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required. E-mail nstutzman@DallasMuseumofArt.org for more information about Tech Lab workshops.
