Today at the Museum


About Late Nights

Join us on the third Friday of each month, when the Museum is open until midnight. Each Late Night offers hundreds of experiences for visitors of all ages with performances, concerts, readings, film screenings, tours, family programs, and more!

General admission is $10 or less, DMA members and children under 12 free. Late Night programs are included in general admission to the Museum unless otherwise noted.

Visitors swing dance to the
music of the White Ghost Shivers.
Children create masterpieces during our Late Night Studio Creations. Booker T. Washington dance students perform in a Jim Lambie installation.

Create art under pressure during a Showdown at the Materials Bar. A Late Night After Hours performance with Video Jams 2010 and Operation Playmate. Children ages 2 to 4 investigate materials in our new program Materials & Me.

Visitors engage in a Creativity Challenge, competing against time to design unique creations inspired by works of art.

Every Late Night join our resident yogini, Michelle Mock, for Yoga for Kids!

 

Visitors enjoy an outdoor Mummy Movie Marathon during the King Tut exhibition.
