The Dallas Museum of Art occasionally shares the names and addresses of its members for the purposes of ticket sales, event promotion, or fundraising. The Museum respects the privacy and personal information of its members. Children's Privacy

The Dallas Museum of Art is concerned about protecting children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a visitor known to be a child under the age of 13 sends an e-mail to the Museum, we will only use it to respond to the writer and not to create profiles or otherwise retain the information. Children should always ask parents for permission before providing personal information to any Web site or purchasing any products or services online. The Dallas Museum of Art urges all parents to participate in their children’s exploration of the Internet and to teach them about protecting their personal information while online.
