Opening Tutankhamun’s Tomb: The Harry Burton Photographs

The exhibition at the Dallas Museum of Art marks the first time the Harry Burton photographs will be shown in conjunction with the Tutankhamun exhibition. Harry Burton Photographs will feature thirty-eight prints from Burton, the photographer who accompanied Howard Carter on the Tutankhamun expedition and documented the discovery of King Tut’s untouched tomb.

The organizing curator is Dr. Anne Bromberg, The Cecil and Ida Green Curator of Ancient and Asian Art at the Dallas Museum of Art.
