Treasures Untold: A Jewelry Basics Class

Let the jewelry of ancient Egypt and the Museum’s collections inspire you! Learn basic techniques such as wire working and soldering. The class also includes a tour of the Museum’s ancient jewelry collection. All levels of experience welcome.

C3 Tech Lab
Q. What do you get when you cross art objects with technology?
A. The Tech Lab is a space in the Center for Creative Connections at the Dallas Museum of Art where you can blog about, tag, and research objects in the Dallas Museum of Art’s collections. It is also a space where you can experiment with current technologies and create original work during special classes, workshops, and programs.
Tech Lab Workshops

The Art of Sound Design
Saturday, November 15, 1:00–3:30 p.m.
Merge art and technology as you create an original sound design inspired by a work of art in the Museum’s collections. The Art of Sound Design is a class for adults.
